WHM - Downgrading an Account



This demo will show you how to downgrade an account through your WHM (Web Host Manager).

This video depicts functionality contained only within WHM, a reseller only administration panel. This video does not apply to you if you do not have a Reseller hosting plan. [1] Click on "Upgrade/Downgrade an Account" which is under the "Account Functions" section

[2] Click on the account you're wanting to downgrade under the "Account Selection" section

[3] Click the "Modify" button

[4] Select the package you're wanting to downgrade the account to

[5] Click on the "Upgrade/Downgrade" button to finish downgrading the account (It may take a minute or so for the server to downgrade the account)
