Getting Started Guide

The first step is to configure your domain's name servers. If you registered a new domain name with us (at the same time you signed up for web hosting service), you don't need to do anything, we have already configured your domain's name servers. You just need to wait up to 72 hours for the changes to take effect. Domain name servers have to update around the world.

If you registered your domain name elsewhere... you must change your domain's name servers with your domain registrar (the place where you registered your domain name)

You need to set your domain's name servers to the name servers listed in your Welcome Email. This email is sent to you immediately upon signup.

The steps for updating your nameservers varies from registrar to registrar. You may wish to contact your domain's registrar for exact instructions to update your domain's DNS. If you would like to post a ticket at our Helpdesk with the login information for your registrar, we will be happy to make the necessary changes for you.

Once you have successfully configured your domain's name servers, you need to wait up to 72 hours for your domain to start working with your new web hosting account.
