i recently had a problem which i thought was from the host side but it turned out my own computer has messed up the settings. after the technician discovered that the problem was not on their side he went the extra mile to help me sort out my settings on my computer. he could have easily asked me to refer the problem to the store where i bought the computer but he helped me instead. all in a few hours. 2 thumbs up gain.

I can manage almost everything myself in the admin panel, and if there's anything at all you need help with the support team replies within a few minutes.
